Rosa Queen Elizabeth is an American bred rose named in the 1950s after Britains young monach, Queen Elizabeth, and has become one of the worlds great roses. It will grow almost anywhere, and produces massas of large double full pink flowers. It grows very vigorously uprite reaching 1.5 meteres tall. It is suitalbe as an ornamental plant or as a flowering rose hedge plant. The roses can also be cut for indoor vase displayes. Queen Elizabeth has multable awards including RNRS Presidential International Trophy, RNRS Gold Medal, US All - American Rose Selection and RHS Award of Great Merit. Rosa Queen Elizabeth is suitable for flowrer beds, borders, pots rockeries and will do well in a sunny location. It also makes a great cut flower. Can be grown indoors and outdoors.
To keep your plant healthy it will requrie regular deadheading throughout the flowering season and any faded or spotted leaves should be removed. Fresh multch should be added twice a year to keep leaves healthy. This plant will also need hard prooning early spring and shaping throughout the growing season. Keep moist during the dry season.
