Gift vouchers terms
Once you have ordered a gift voucher you will receive an email confirming your order. Our team will then need to fulfil the order, which will allow the gift voucher to be sent by email. This may take up to 12 hours. However if you need your gift voucher urgently, please contact us through our live online chat.
If you wish to make a purchase exceeding your gift voucher amount, you may do so using a debit or credit card at the checkout.
You will receive a gift voucher code which will then need to be entered into the shopping cart at the checkout. Gift Vouchers should be used within 12 months of the date of purchase.
