Ajuga Reptans also knon as Bungle, Blue Bungle, Bugelherb, bugleweed, Carpet Bugleweed and common bugle. It is a herbaceuos evergreen flowering perennial. Grown as a ground cover plant with dark wavy ovate leaves and purple hightlight flowers which appear from late spring to early summer. This plant also spreads easily with shoots that layer themselves.
Grows well in a shady area, however it will produce darker leaves if grown in a sunny position. This plant will attract butterflies into the garden.
